Some really great tips from highly successful people. I’m already doing three of these (3, 6 an 7) and am going to incorporate six more (2, 10, 12, 13, 14).
And add #5: I already break for dinner with my husband. It’s a top priority for me. Now I am making it “to the gym”. I like attending classes at the gym but they don’t have them first thing in the morning at my gym and I was having trouble pulling myself away from my desk mid-morning. Now I get up an hour earlier, enabling me to start working an hour earlier and then take a break to hit the gym. I’ve added the classes to my calendar.
